Great place, great location, supermarkets close by, Popeye take away place on the corner. 5-10 min walk to the harbor, beach and old town. At check in Linda was soo nice, she even saved us a parking spot as we had a rental car. Thank you for everything, very nice location and apartment in Split.

Linda was a very friendly host and was very Proactive to help. The accommodation is very cozy and Linda made sure it was a comfortable stay. about 30minutes walk to the city center, about 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop if you Wana avoid the walk. Recommend this listing.

Nice and clean apartment close to everything

This is a fantastic stay at a beautiful beach! The space was spotless, stylish, and just steps away from the ocean you couldn’t ask for a better location. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Linda the host. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and always one step ahead, from great local tips to making sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. You can truly tell she cares about their guests. Very positive and highly recommendable

Linda ist eine super sympathische und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist super schön, stilvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Whirlpool war ein Traum. Man hatte auch Abends um 19 Uhr noch Sonne auf der Terasse - wundervoll. Die ringsrum gelegenen Baustellen waren nicht ganz so schön wegen dem Lärm - wenn diese bald fertig gestellt sind ist es eine schöne Umgebung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zentrale Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt, super um die Stadt zu erkunden :) Linda war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber.

The apartment is located perfectly if you want to walk to the Old Town and have an explore of the area. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities to make my stay enjoyable and easy. Linda was a response and informative host, incredibly attentive to my needs and questions. Would 100% recommend.

Good stay, down the end of a very narrow road which can be difficult If you have a car, parking on the main road is available. Room was good, has a small kitchenette with amenities provided, spare living room to eat and relax. overall good stay for a few days. would recommend.

Linda’s place was comfortable and homey. It had 2 BR and one full bath. Plus a nice patio off one of the bedrooms. We never had issues with the Wi-Fi. It’s a 10 -15 min walk to Split old town area. Be aware that the apartment is on a hill, great for getting into old town but it’s all uphill going back lol. This isn’t unique to Linda’s apartment, the whole area is just very hilly. Makes for nice views from the kitchen patio😁 A cab can bring you to the front door of the apartment from the airport, we paid 50 euros. Linda offers transportation too, so it’s wise weigh your options ahead of time. Linda was very easy to communicate with and offers transfers if you would like to visit sights or parks near Split. We did this instead of taking a bus tour. Totally recommend. Overall, nice and quiet area close to old town and great hiking.

L'appartement est idéalement situé au calme et à quelques pas du centre historique avec une vue sur les toits de Split et un peu la mer. On se réveille sur les chants des oiseaux et des mouettes. On a tout à proximité: boulangeries, supermarchés, restaurants, aire de jeu. Linda nous a accueilli avec des cadeaux pour les enfants, elle et son mari étaient toujours disponibles pour nous conseiller et on était ravis de planifier nos excursions privées avec eux. Je recommande fortement Linda pour les futurs personnes souhaitant passer quelques jours à Split et découvrir les environs. Nous sommes partis avec encore de petits cadeaux pour les enfants et en ayant plein de bons souvenirs.

Goog Location, outside main tourist area, but just a few minutes walk to main attractions. Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything you will need for a great stay in Split.

I stayed here for 4 nights & it was perfectly placed for visiting all of the local sights on foot. It is particularly convenient if you arrive into Split by bus or rail as both are very close by. I loved being in the old town & so close to the farmers market. The apartment is quite simply furnished & very comfortable. There are sufficient kitchen utensils for basic needs & the shower is decent. The balcony space is pleasant. The stairs are quite steep, but Linda had warned me ahead of arrival & even at 66 I found them fine with a cabin sized case. Linda was very approachable & I found her extremely flexible.

Beautiful apartment close to Bačvice and within walking distance of the Riva and downtown Split. Linda was a gracious, responsive, and very helpful host. She even found a parking spot for our car while waiting to let us into the apartment. Great value for money—we’ll certainly come back!

Great apartment! We loved that it was quite large and had a nice modern bathroom. It gets lots of sunlight and you can even catch a glimpse of the sunset from the balcony. Linda was a very nice host and really helpful with booking and checkin.

My wife and I rented the place for a month in September, and it was a perfect home base for a long stay. We liked the location in a quiet residential neighborhood about 1/2 mile from the old town/palace area ( 10-15 minutes for us as an older, fairly fit couple). It is a modest uphill walk to the apartment, but we got used to it, and Uber is always an easy option if your legs want a break. A big plus for us was the view of the bay and mountains from the small balcony off the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is well equipped, and within a 5 minute walk we found a small Konzum grocery store with an outdoor fruits and vegetable market next door. And finally, Linda is a helpful host easily available through your mobile device to answer any questions about the house or the area or things to do.

Wir waren fünf Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Linda wenden und sie hat schnell geantwortet und sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Fünf Minuten von einem Einkaufladen entfernt und eine halbe Stunde ans Meer.

This was my first visit to Croatia coming from the east coast of the USA with my mom. The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely balcony to sit outside. The location was great as it was a quick walk to the green market, Diocletian Palace, boardwalk and all shops and restaurants. Linda was a great host as she was quick to answer all my questions prior to and during my stay in Split. The apartment looks new with great natural lighting and a comfortable set up to relax after a long day touring the town and country. Laura and Paulina.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Very close to center, yet quiet. Linda was very responsive, even providing guidance on nearby parking spaces (we scored a free one)! Stairs do require some effort, particularly with heavy luggage, but manageable (steep but short). Linda arranged airport transfer which worked perfectly and was cheaper than Uber. We loved the balcony. Highly recommend.

A truly beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Split! Location couldn’t have been more perfect, apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything we could need for our stay. Linda was super friendly, helpful when it came to checking in and responded quickly to messages. Would highly recommend, we will certainly look to come back in the future!

エアビーの口コミ他での高評価を期待し1年前から滞在の計画を立てていましたが滞在中に受けたオーナーからの信じられない言動と行動で大きなショックを受けました。 特に長旅で洗濯物があったので洗濯機がある宿に期待したのですが、最初から壊れていたがオーナーが当初我々の使い方が悪いと主張され、最終的には修理をしたが、それを認めるまで2日間かかった。また最初の夜に風呂のお湯が出ないので指摘したが、オーナーは認めなかった。 また洗濯機の修理後、洗濯機のドラムに残っていた汚水と汚い他人の靴下の入った洗面器を放置し無言で我々に差し出したが、我々の靴下ではないと連絡すると、今度は無言でお菓子の袋を洗濯機の上に放置した。一切謝罪の言葉はなかった。 これらのトラブルで滞在の半分が潰れてしまったのでそれをオーナーに伝えたところ返金するから出ていけと言われた。サービス提供者としてはあり得ない対応だった。 滞在途中のキャンセルは無理なので継続し観光を再開したが、実に不信感の残る滞在だった。 スプリットは好きな観光地ですが、こちらのアパートは勧められません。なぜならオーナーが1番、お客様は2番以下だからです。

The apartment is a little gem in Split. The location is amazing - we only needed like 5 mins to walk into the Old Town or 10 to the beach. Grocery stores, fresh markets or restaurants were also just around the corner. Despite it's amazing location, the area around the apartment is quiet. The apartment was just as described. While it was more the size of a medium-sized bedroom, just like the pictures showed, it was fully equipped - from several fresh towels and few toiletries to kitchen equipment. We were able to cook meals without too much of a hassle since Linda also provided a few kitchen staples. The bed was comfy and the AC and TV worked swimmingly. In general, we loved staying at the apartment and felt very comfortable there. Linda was such a great host btw. Communication with her was super easy - she provided easy instructions on how to check in and she had plenty of geat recommendations in her Welcome Book. Overall, we had a lovely stay at her apartment.
