Great apartment! We loved that it was quite large and had a nice modern bathroom. It gets lots of sunlight and you can even catch a glimpse of the sunset from the balcony. Linda was a very nice host and really helpful with booking and checkin.

My wife and I rented the place for a month in September, and it was a perfect home base for a long stay. We liked the location in a quiet residential neighborhood about 1/2 mile from the old town/palace area ( 10-15 minutes for us as an older, fairly fit couple). It is a modest uphill walk to the apartment, but we got used to it, and Uber is always an easy option if your legs want a break. A big plus for us was the view of the bay and mountains from the small balcony off the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is well equipped, and within a 5 minute walk we found a small Konzum grocery store with an outdoor fruits and vegetable market next door. And finally, Linda is a helpful host easily available through your mobile device to answer any questions about the house or the area or things to do.

Wir waren fünf Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Linda wenden und sie hat schnell geantwortet und sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Fünf Minuten von einem Einkaufladen entfernt und eine halbe Stunde ans Meer.

This was my first visit to Croatia coming from the east coast of the USA with my mom. The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely balcony to sit outside. The location was great as it was a quick walk to the green market, Diocletian Palace, boardwalk and all shops and restaurants. Linda was a great host as she was quick to answer all my questions prior to and during my stay in Split. The apartment looks new with great natural lighting and a comfortable set up to relax after a long day touring the town and country. Laura and Paulina.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Very close to center, yet quiet. Linda was very responsive, even providing guidance on nearby parking spaces (we scored a free one)! Stairs do require some effort, particularly with heavy luggage, but manageable (steep but short). Linda arranged airport transfer which worked perfectly and was cheaper than Uber. We loved the balcony. Highly recommend.

A truly beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Split! Location couldn’t have been more perfect, apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything we could need for our stay. エアビーの口コミ他での高評価を期待し1年前から滞在の計画を立てていましたが滞在中に受けたオーナーからの信じられない言動と行動で大きなショックを受けました。 特に長旅で洗濯物があったので洗濯機がある宿に期待したのですが、最初から壊れていたがオーナーが当初我々の使い方が悪いと主張され、最終的には修理をしたが、それを認めるまで2日間かかった。また最初の夜に風呂のお湯が出ないので指摘したが、オーナーは認めなかった。 また洗濯機の修理後、洗濯機のドラムに残っていた汚水と汚い他人の靴下の入った洗面器を放置し無言で我々に差し出したが、我々の靴下ではないと連絡すると、今度は無言でお菓子の袋を洗濯機の上に放置した。一切謝罪の言葉はなかった。 これらのトラブルで滞在の半分が潰れてしまったのでそれをオーナーに伝えたところ返金するから出ていけと言われた。サービス提供者としてはあり得ない対応だった。 滞在途中のキャンセルは無理なので継続し観光を再開したが、実に不信感の残る滞在だった。 スプリットは好きな観光地ですが、こちらのアパートは勧められません。なぜならオーナーが1番、お客様は2番以下だからです。

The apartment is a little gem in Split. The location is amazing - we only needed like 5 mins to walk into the Old Town or 10 to the beach. Grocery stores, fresh markets or restaurants were also just around the corner. Despite it's amazing location, the area around the apartment is quiet. The apartment was just as described. While it was more the size of a medium-sized bedroom, just like the pictures showed, it was fully equipped - from several fresh towels and few toiletries to kitchen equipment. We were able to cook meals without too much of a hassle since Linda also provided a few kitchen staples. The bed was comfy and the AC and TV worked swimmingly. In general, we loved staying at the apartment and felt very comfortable there. Linda was such a great host btw. Communication with her was super easy - she provided easy instructions on how to check in and she had plenty of geat recommendations in her Welcome Book. Overall, we had a lovely stay at her apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in Linda’s apartment. The apartment is in a great location, 3 min walk to Split market, 5 min walk to Diocletian Palace. There are lots of shops, restaurants and historical sites nearby. It is 15 min walk to Bacvice beach. Linda was a terrific host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. We received clear instructions on self check in. She also organised our transfer from the airport, excellent service. The apartment is excately as in the photos. Tastefully decorated, very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, a nice shower with plenty of hot water. Even though the apartment is central, it was nice and quiet, no problem getting to sleep at night. We would highly recommend Linda’s apartment, and look forward to a return visit.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und für Menschen, die nicht gewohnt sind bei geöffneten Fenstern zu schlafen, ist alles perfekt. Linda hat die Transfers super organisiert und hat sehr schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt und auch Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke. Split ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Nur zu empfehlen!

Le logement est très bien situé, à 10/15 min à pied du port ainsi que de la vieille ville de split, je vous conseille de ne pas prendre de véhicule, c’est compliqué de trouver une place pour se garer, de plus que tout est à proximité. Le logement est super bien équipé et l’hôte et son fils sont charmants et réactifs ! Je recommande !

We really enjoyed our stay in Linda’s place. Small but perfectly formed, had everything we needed including some fabulous air conditioning and a lovely little terrace. Couldn’t be in a better location as well, a two minute walk to the green market, 5 to Diocletian’s palace and the Riva. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay and Linda was very responsive to this as well which was great. Linda was also clearly thoughtful in the set up of the apartment too with small details covered and a book of tips about the local area.

Great base to explore Split. 2 mins walk to the port & the palace. Was great to be close enough but tucked away for quiet evenings. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed & great little balcony. Note the unit is up 2 flights of stairs, one pretty steep. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Split. Linda was accommodating, responsive and helpful. 10/10 stay!

We hebben een geweldige week in dit verblijf gehad. Duidelijke instructies bij aankomst om binnen in het appartement te geraken. Alles was proper, netjes en veel keukenmateriaal aanwezig. Linda was zeer lief, reageerde altijd snel en hielp ons snel met onze vragen. De locatie is 25 minuutjes stappen van het centrum, dat vonden wij geen probleem. Bedankt voor ons fijn verblijf!

Super séjour à Split chez linda, hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut dans le frigo était vraiment un plus. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. Linda est vraiment adorable, nous avons malencontreusement perdu les clés le dernier soir. Elle s'est montrée très compréhensive et nous a fourni un double et à même refusé que nous lui remboursions le prix de la clé. Un livret d'accueil est disponible avec tous les bons plans et les activités à faire à Split, de plus en cas de question Linda sait se rendre très disponible.

Linda was an amazing host. Before we arrived, she offered to arrange a pick-up service for us who brought us right to the door upon arrival in Split. She was very friendly, greeted us at the door and gave us clear instructions and even many recommendations for good places to eat, what to do in Split and offered to book day trips to neighboring cities / islands for us. Linda made herself available to us anytime we had any requests or questions, and even completely stocked the fridge so we always had enough for breakfast each morning. With regards to the location, it was a peaceful quiet area, 25mins walk to the historic city centre. It was also very easy and quite cheap to call an Uber to bring us to the city centre, costing us only €7 per ride. All in all, we had a very lovely stay thanks to Linda. I highly recommend staying at Linda’s apartment if you’re looking for something cute with your friend/ partner, and a great host who will ensure a very comfortable pleasant stay!

The apartment was clean on arrival and exactly how it looked on photos. The host was so kind as we were super late on checking in due to a delayed flight. Her and her son couldn’t have been more accommodating and even when we turned up super late, they still managed to show us around & even give us pro tips about things to do locally! There was everything in the apartment which was listed - toiletries, hair dryer, washing machine with provided tablets, fresh towels etc & the air con in each room was great as it was 30 degrees outside so it definitely needed! It’s a good location, only around 15/20 minute walk from the town centre which for us was absolutely fine as it was a nice walk. Would highly recommended.

Superbe semaine dans l'appartement de Linda. C'était propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Linda était disponible et m'a accueilli physiquement. Le logement est à proximité de l'arrêt de bus. Ce qui est rare dans les Airbnb, trouver un peu de nourriture pour dépanner, quand on arrive d'un long voyage. Je recommande.

L'appartement est bien, très belle terrasse. Linda est très à l’écoute et accueillante. Elle est réactive et disponible si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Petit bémol, le quartier. Il est peu rassurant, assez loin du centre historique mais le bus qui y emmène est à 3 mns. Très compliqué de se garer si on a une voiture. Ça reste un très bon logement calme et agréable. Lovely apartment in a great location to see all the sights in Split. Short walk to bus and ferry terminals. Clean and tidy, very comfortable. Responsive host. Apartment has a shared entrance to other apartments so you can hear noise at times, advise to pack ear plugs for this reason. Would definitely stay here again however.

Linda a été adorable, disponible et réactive. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Des commerces sont à proximité. Néanmoins, l'appartement n'est pas tout à fait dans le centre (30 minutes du centre ville à peu près). Je recommande d'avoir une voiture car les transports en commun ne sont pas très développés (deux bus par heure et arrêt de la circulation à partir de 22h). Merci pour tout Linda, à la prochaine !

Stadtzentrum sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar (10 min). Parkplatze in der Nähe zu finden ist allerdings eine Glückssache und nicht so einfach wie in manchen Kommentaren beschrieben.

Overall great deal for the price, although it could have a little bit more kitchen equipment like plates. but else from that I everything was good.
