Beautiful new renovated 1 bedroom apt. is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building, very close to National Theater of Split

Separate entry, one bedroom with double bed and single pull sofa bed, wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenette with all amenities, four hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, cattle, microwave, cable TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, internet,bathroom.
There are always basic in the kitchen like: salt, sugar, pepper,oil, olive oil,pasta,coffee, salsa etc and basic in the bathroom like shower gel, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent

FREE OF CHARGE my guests have access to:
- air-condition, 
- cable TV, flet screen 
- internet and wi-fi connection
- fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer

NOTES FOR PARKING: there is public parking just in front of the apartment, it costs 1,5 Euro/hour or 38 Euro/day. Anyway, apartment is in strict center of town, so my guests don't need a car at all.

Linda’s place was absolutely perfect! We loved how it was less than a 5-minute walk to the old town — the location couldn’t have been better. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, the air conditioning, and the smart TV for relaxing in the evenings. Communication with Linda was excellent — she was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Linda’s apartment for 1 week. The apartment was just as described and was a really lovely apartment with everything that you need. The nearest supermarket is a 5 min walk with the closest barsand restaurants about another minute from the supermarket. The apartment really is very central. The walk to the beach was about 20 mins but you walk through the town and harbour to get to it so it doesn’t seem as long as that. Linda was a great host her communication was excellent, she sent us a message to let us know that one of the days that we were there was a public holiday and therefore supermarkets and some shops would be closed, this meant we could stock up on everything we needed. Her instructions of how to get into the apartment were very clear with lots of pictures, we arrived late at night and had no problem finding it and letting ourselves in with the key on the lock box.
