Aparment Maal is located on 2nd floor (elevator in the building) of new residential building on Žnjan beach. This 80 sqm accommodation consists of fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Additionally, there is 20sqm terrace with hot tub and sitting area for complete comfort.

Žnjan is nestled in a tranquil and safe neighborhood of Split.  It is the local favorite spot for swimming, bars, restaurants and kids play ground with trampolines, bouncing castles and much more. Žnjan is also the only coastline with km's of undisturbed trails for jogging, cycling and in-line skating.  A favorite walking route is the coast line to Zenta and Bačvice beach, another local hot spot filled with coffee's, restaurants, tennis courts, boat marina and much more. Free private garage is available in the building. Easy access to public transportation bus #15 runs every 30 minutes to the city centre starting at 05:30

It's easy access to Žnjan beach area weather arriving by car or public transport.  There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, supermarkets and small shops. Two hotels in 200 meters radius. Easy walk along coastline lids to Split old town, ferry port and train station.

Superbe appartement, très confortable. Terrasse exceptionnelle. Appartement très bien équipé, probablement plus qu’il ne vous en faudra! Magnifique vue sur la plage (à quelques pas) et sur la vie animée en bord de mer. Hôte très sympathique, réactive et aidante! Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter: tout était parfait!

Апартаменти обладнані всім необхідним, мені з комфортом вдалось і відпочити і попрацювати з місця з чудовим виглядом на море та острови. Все зовсім нове та сучасне. Додатково мали чудове комфортне місце паркінгу. До того ж сам будинок мабуть найкращий на цьому узбережжі. А новий пляж - мабуть найкомфортніший з усіх. Дякуємо і господині - гарно зустріла та провела огляд помешкання.
