Description

This delightful one bedroom apartment is in an old stone house situated in a quiet historic district surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone homes.

Apartment is located on the first floor. Very comfortable, easy access, completely restored with new interior furnishing and decorating.
Separate entry, 1 double bedroom, wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenette with all amenities, 2 hotplates, microvawe, refrigerator, coffee machine, kable TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi ADSL internet, bathroom with glass enclosed shower.
Floor heating included.

Apartment also has small terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or nice summer evenings.
There are always basic in the kitchen like: salt, sugar, pepper,oil, olive oil,pasta,coffee, salsa etc and basic in the bathroom like shower gel, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

FREE OF CHARGE my guests have access to:
- air-condition,
- cable TV, flet screen
- internet and wi-fi connection 20/100 Mbps
- fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates, microvawe, refrigerator and freezer
- kettle
- coffee machine Nespresso

NOTES FOR PARKING: there is public parking just in front of the apartment, it costs 1 Euro/hour or 20 Euro/day. Anyway, apartment is in strict center of town, so my guests don't need a car at all.

We stayed at Linda’s apartment recently for 5 nights. The location was great, the place was very clean and Linda was very helpful with instructions to get to the place. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Split!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was around the corner from everything we needed but in a peaceful spot. Only a short walk to old town centre and the nearest beach. The bed was very comfortable and thr kitchen well equipped. We plan to visit again in future!
