🍽 Cucina completamente attrezzata : include frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura e tutti gli utensili necessari .

🛋 Accogliente soggiorno : dotato di un comodo divano, TV via cavo, WiFi eccellente e uno spazio di lavoro dedicato con tavolo e sedia.

❄ Raffreddamento e comfort – Aria condizionata nel soggiorno e in una camera da letto , mentre l'altra camera da letto è dotata di ventilatore di raffreddamento .

🌅 Due balconi : uno con una splendida vista sul mare , perfetto per rilassarsi, e l'altro che si affaccia su una strada tranquilla . Entrambi sono attrezzati con tavoli e sedie.

🏖 Ottima posizione : l'appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia , il che lo rende ideale per chi ama il mare e il sole. Il centro città è a soli 15 minuti a piedi , consentendo un facile accesso ai luoghi di interesse storico, ai ristoranti e all'atmosfera vivace di Spalato.

We had a lovely stay, good facilities, well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities. Spacious bedroom with lots of storage. The two balconies were nice to sit out on, although you could hear some motorcycle noise. Great location by Marjan Park and a lovely walk to the Old town through the narrow streets and down to the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

Linda is a great host, very communicative, supportive and flexible. When we discovered on arrival that there was noisy construction going on at her place, she spoke to the neighbour and moved us to another place immediately. Both of the places were well-appointed, clean, comfortable and located not far from the centre. Linda went above and beyond every step of the way and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend any property she has listed on Airbnb.

We had a wonderful time staying at Linda’s apartment for 4 nights. The location was great for walking to the Old Town in Split to restaurants, just a short 10 minute walk. Also very walkable to Marjan Hill trails and the beach. The guitar was a fun addition as one of us plays guitar so a nice treat. The place was very clean and comfortable. Linda is a superb host, great communicator and very helpful with any questions we had! I would highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to Split.

My dad and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Split! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from restaurants, parks, and an easy walk to the beach every day. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a coffee maker, full kitchen, laundry machine, and even two balconies to enjoy the fresh air. It was also well stocked, which made it feel like a home away from home. We especially appreciated how clean and welcoming everything was, Linda was a fantastic host. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!
