Beautiful new renovated 1 bedroom apartment Barney is located on the ground floor of a family house.

Bačvice beach: 1 ,7 km
Riva promenade: 1,5 km
Ferry port,bus terminal: 1 ,7km
Tommy supermarket: 180 meters
Green market: 300 meters

The apartment is situated in residential area, about 20 minutes walking distance from city center and Diocletian's palace. It's located on the ground floor with terrace and small garden. There is also BBQ in the yard form my guests, as well as outside furniture.

The apartment is around 35m2 and consists of kitchen and living room (pull out sofa bed in the living room), dining table, bathroom and washing machine.
It has separate entrance from rest of the house,  so you can have your privacy. 
My guests have their own bathroom with shower bath and washing machine.  There is always basics in the kitchen like sugar,tea,coffee, pasta, oil, olive oil,fruits, milch,cereals etc so you can help yourself.

NOTES FOR PARKING: there is a free public parking 50 meters away from the property

The hostess was so wonderfully helpful and nice in every aspect. The apartment was clean and nice with big rooms, and they had many English speakingTV channels.

Linda est une super hôte. Son accueil et ses petites attentions ont été plus qu’appréciables. Le logement est propre et très bien aménagé. Elle avait prévu une superbe attention : du café à disposition et tout le nécessaire dans le frigo pour le petit déjeuner. Linda est très réactive et a su répondre à nos moindres demandes. Je recommande vivement le logement de Linda.

we stayed 4 nights at this cute little apartment. it has everything you need. Linda was amazing host and such a lovely person-a true authentic welcoming croatian lady. I highly recommend her place for your stay in Split.
