At this beautiful, large 71 square meters apartment for up to five people, you will enjoy the beach and downtown as both are within a short walking distance and still you get a feeling of a typical Split neighborhood life, as an apartment is not in a usual tourist street. 
You will sleep on a high-quality box-spring bed in a master bedroom, shower in a spacious shower cabin, enjoy a wide-screen TV watching domestic channels and maybe laugh how our language sounds to you :) 
or just have a drink in the morning/evening on the sunny terrace and enjoy the sound from the neighborhood. 
 If you need, the apartment has a travel cot/crib/baby bed we can set up for your baby so it's ideal for the family.

The apartment is within walking distance from everything you need in Split: Main bus station, main harbor, city beaches, tennis court, and old town (Diocletian's palace). But still, if you want to a bus station is 60 m from the apartment.

NOTES FOR PARKING: there is a small public parking behind the property, it depends of availability

Nice apartment, plenty of space for three people. Great location, only 10-15 minutes walk away from the old town centre. Helpful and friendly hosts, a guidebook with recommendations was given to us. Check-in was done in-person (no self check-in). Balcony with nice view, pleasant for having coffee. The building does not have a lift, but the apartment is only on the second floor. Option to checkout late was given, but not for free. Overall, a very nice place to stay, can recommend!

Great stay! The accommodation is exactly as described, clean and well equipped. Very well located, which makes it easy to get around and fully enjoy the area. The host is responsive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend!
