This delightful studio is in an old stone house situated in a quiet historic district surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone homes.

The studio is on the second floor. Very comfortable, easy access, completely restored with new interior furnishing and decorating.
Separate entry, 1 double bed, wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenette with all amenities, 2 hotplates, refrigerator, microvawe,satellite TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi ADSL internet, bathroom with glass enclosed shower.

FREE OF CHARGE my guests have access to:
- air-condition,
- cable TV, flet screen
- internet and wi-fi connection, 20/100 Mbps
- fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates, microvawe,refrigerator and freezer
- kettle
- Nespresso machine
- complete cookware (pots, pans, etc.)

NOTES FOR PARKING: there is public parking just in front of the apartment, it costs 1 Euro/hour or 20 Euro/day. Anyway, apartment is in strict center of town, so my guests don't need a car at all.

Appartement refait à neuf, très bien décoré bien équipé et très bien placé par rapport au centre historique. environnement calme. Linda à été très réactive face à nos demandes et nous à apporté beaucoup de conseils pour les visites à faire. Du thé et du café à disposition, un plus très sympathique. beaucoup de bienveillance de sa part, nous avons réservé un taxi sur ses conseils, très rassurant pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Un très bon moment en toute confiance.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans un environnement calme á quelques minutes de marche de tout (quartier historique, Riva, plage, port, magasins). Très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Linda est une hôte vraiment sympathique qui se soucie du confort de ses locataires. Elle répond dans les 10 minutes à toutes les questions, ce avant et pendant le séjour. C’est une hôte exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet appartement à Split.
