In diesem schönen, 75 Quadratmeter großen Apartment für bis zu fünf Personen können Sie den Strand und die Innenstadt genießen, da beide nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt sind und Sie dennoch ein Gefühl für das typische Leben in einem Spliter Viertel bekommen, da das Apartment nicht in einer üblichen Touristenstraße liegt.
Sie schlafen in einem hochwertigen Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Zimmer, einer verglasten Dusche, einem zusätzlichen WC, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und einer separaten Küche mit Essbereich. Auf unserem sonnigen Balkon können Sie morgens/abends etwas trinken und die Geräusche der Nachbarschaft genießen.

What a wonderful experience in Linda's apartment! We've spent three unforgettable days in Split thanks to the warmest and most professional Linda and Mario. Linda was very proactive and answered all my questions before the trip. She can propose trip excursions as a tarvel agent. Linda arranged the pick up for us (I was travelling with my two kids) from the aeroport. Mario drove us to the apartment. On the way he gave us great recommendations on how to best spend the three days. The apartment was super clean, cool (AC on before we arrived), nicely decorated, very confortable beds, well equiped kitchen with a cofee machine, very peaceful, a large balcony with a view on the church. You are at 7 mn walk from the famous Bacvice plage and 15 mn walk from the old city so is nicely located and very calm. Linda allowed an early check in. Mario drove us to Krak national park, Trogir, Fortresse Kliss, Dubrovnik, he is simply the best! I recommend the apartment and Linda& Mario so much!!

Linda was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely and within easy walk to beach and old town. Linda was on hand throughout our stay if we needed anything. Would highly recommend

Easy walking distance to everything. Everything inside the apartment was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Thank gosh for the A/C.
