Appartamento molto spazioso in posizione davvero comoda, centrale a Spalato. Linda ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza, ed è stata sempre disponibile e pronta ad aiutarci in ogni momento. Ci ha anche organizzato una escursione a Plitvice. Grazie ancora!

L'emplacement du logement est super et la propriétaire était adorable elle nous a accueilli mon fils et moi et nous a un peu briffé à notre arrivée . Emplacement stratégique .

Sijainti oli paras asia majoituksessa. Sänky oli erittäin mukava, ilmastointi ja vesi yms. Toimi todella hyvin.

Hyggeligt sted placeret tæt på den gamle bydel. God seng og aircondition. Der var stille, når man sad på altanen. Værten Linda svarer hurtigt og holdt os opdateret på helligdage, så vi kunne handle ind inden alt lukkede.

Linda was an amazing host, proposing a fantastic apartment with a complete set of services. She was kind, proactive, and welcoming, making the stay feel cosy and well-equipped. However, be warned that the apartment is a bit far from the tourist area if you’re only on foot.

The apartment is near the old town. Its location is excellent, since you can walk within 5 minutes to the city center. In addition, the hostess was really helpful and always there to assist us and provide information. I recommend this apartment 100% as value for money option!

We loved the apartment and if one word could describe it, it would be: convenience. A 10 minute walk in any direction to some of the best restaurants within a range of 15-50e for quality food and excellent service. It was also a minute away from a supermarket (Tommy) and 20 minutes away from the beach (Bacvice Beach), by foot. You can easily get to the bus station for the no. 12 bus that takes you to Kasjuni Beach (line that is temporarily suspended at the time of this review) and to the marina, from where you can book various boat trips. The host was extremely friendly and always available to answer questions, help us or point us in the right direction. She also provides a welcome book with recommendations for places to see, places to eat and more. Would definitely return!

Great location 5 mins from centre of split with everything we needed.

Tolle Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Strandtücher wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Strand direkt vor der Türe. Restaurants sind leider etwas weiter weg. Wenn einem ein 20 minütiger Spaziergang am Strand entlang nichts ausmacht, kommt man aber direkt zu mehreren Restaurants.

What a wonderful experience in Linda's apartment! We've spent three unforgettable days in Split thanks to the warmest and most professional Linda and Mario. Linda was very proactive and answered all my questions before the trip. She can propose trip excursions as a tarvel agent. Linda arranged the pick up for us (I was travelling with my two kids) from the aeroport. Mario drove us to the apartment. On the way he gave us great recommendations on how to best spend the three days. The apartment was super clean, cool (AC on before we arrived), nicely decorated, very confortable beds, well equiped kitchen with a cofee machine, very peaceful, a large balcony with a view on the church. You are at 7 mn walk from the famous Bacvice plage and 15 mn walk from the old city so is nicely located and very calm. Linda allowed an early check in. Mario drove us to Krak national park, Trogir, Fortresse Kliss, Dubrovnik, he is simply the best! I recommend the apartment and Linda& Mario so much!!

Linda est une super hôte. Son accueil et ses petites attentions ont été plus qu’appréciables. Le logement est propre et très bien aménagé. Elle avait prévu une superbe attention : du café à disposition et tout le nécessaire dans le frigo pour le petit déjeuner. Linda est très réactive et a su répondre à nos moindres demandes. Je recommande vivement le logement de Linda.

Diva 1 was so amazing. The best part was coming inside in the afternoon to the cool air blasting, keeping the place a refreshing sanctuary from the heat outdoors. The place is updated and aesthetically pleasing. Spotless clean. Linda was so helpful giving check-in instructions, pictures included. She was even accommodating to an early check-in. She was so graceful in activity recommendations and even booked a ride to the airport for us. That driver was so prompt for the early morning hour we needed and got us to the airport on time. Diva one was a perfect size for 2 of us with all the amenities to make our stay in Split a success. I only wish we could have stayed another night or two.

The stay was absolutely fantastic, close to town, very convenient, was there to explain everything in detail as soon as we got to the airbnb which was lovely, location wise it’s ideal, close to supermarkets, public transport etc, would highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay, good air con and double glazing so the flat is quiet and you can sleep well even during a heatwave. Located 10 min walk from a beach and 10 min walk from the ferries to go visit surrounding islands. Great stay in Croatia

The apartment was lovely, perfect for 2 people and incredible to have the spacious terrace. We felt super safe and the area was quiet and calm eventhough it was located so close to the centre! We had all the ammenities and the host was super sweet and great at giving all the information of accessing the property! I 100% would come back again!

Linda was very helpful. Helped arrange airport transfer (i also checked separately and what was arranged was very good value). Allowed early entry due to flight times and arranged her cleaning team to clean early too. Great location and apartment had everything needed.

Linda’s apartment is stunning right in the centre of Split, walking distance to main centre. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and safe. The apartment was even more beautiful in person, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Split!

Really nice visit to Split with plenty to see and do. The apartment is very nicely situated within walking distance of everything and Linda was a great host and very helpful . Would recommend a visit.

The apartment had everything we needed, though the directions to the place were a bit unclear, which made it a bit tricky to find. The view wasn’t as great as expected, but still nice. The host wasn’t present in person, but she was very considerate and sent her son to help with our baggage, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay! Only caution is the access - quite a few flights of stairs which are narrow / winding - so would not recommend if with a lot of luggage.

Staying at Linda’s was truly a pleasure. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to anything you may need - grocery stores, a pharmacy, kebab shops and the market right across the road. Yet, the neighbourhood remains peaceful, away from the hassle of central Split. The apartment was very clean, and exactly as described on the listing, very comfortable for a four night stay. Wifi was good, and the a/c worked great. Most of all we enjoyed our time on the balcony with a lovely view of other houses with green, picturesque window shutters. Linda was very responsive and very accommodating, which we were very grateful for. Overall, a perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!

It look exactly like the pictures. We loved that there were a lot of kitchen supplies and the host made the place look great. The key box next to the apartment was also great, because we were with a big group so we didn’t had trouble with getting in at different times.

Linda was an incredible host that went above and beyond to help us when our flight was delayed then all our luggage was lost. She is extremely friendly and responsive. The place is very clean and the shower was great. Linda stocked the kitchen with things for breakfast including yogurts that we really enjoyed. The location was perfect for Ultra. The washer was very convenient when our luggage finally arrived so we could do some laundry. This place is a great location option and we would totally come back here during our next visit! One thing to note is that it is close to the church so the bells go off multiple times an hour. This did not disturb me but did disturb my partner that is a lighter sleeper.

I had an amazing stay at Monfrina 1, very close to downtown and the beach. Apartment had everything we needed and special thanks to Linda who was an incredible host. She is very nice and friendly, first day we arrived she had bought us chocolate and fruits! Also was there whenever we had any questions. Also Loved that the apartment had a balcony!
